Full Tour Description
Discover the world of Japanese Wagyu through a rare behind-the-scenes visit to a fully operational cattle farm in Hyogo Prefecture, followed by a premium farm-to-table dining experience.
This tour gives guests direct access to the environment in which premium Wagyu cattle are raised. Conducted entirely in English, the farm visit offers an in-depth introduction to Wagyu farming, including its history and culture, cattle-raising practices, quality standards, and the factors that produce some of Japan’s most highly regarded beef.
Guests also learn how farming practices and approaches compare across the Wagyu industry, providing a broader perspective beyond a single farm. Questions are encouraged throughout, making the tour both interactive and educational.
After the farm visit, the experience continues at the farm’s own restaurant. Before dining, guests receive an introduction to Wagyu beef, including an explanation of the meat being served and its characteristics. The meal features a generous 180g serving of Kobe Beef and A5 Wagyu, accompanied by Wagyu sushi, rice, salad, a beverage, dessert, and tea or coffee.
The Wagyu is prepared yakiniku-style: the guide first cooks and presents the meat, then guests continue grilling and enjoying the beef themselves.
Combining exclusive farm access, education, and premium dining, this tour goes beyond tasting Wagyu and reveals the full journey from farm to table.
